Just want to drop some sharing on our stay at Ritz-Carlton Cancun. This is our first stay at the Ritz-Carlton chain of hotels, and we were so impressed. The hotel is outfitted with crystal chandeliers, beautiful antiques, and elegant oil paintings and furniture. Overall the hotel environment is so European that you may well forget you are in Cancun, Mexico.
Stayed at Club Level – excellent value, free wifi, Serving several meals everyday at Club lounge(Breakfast buffet, Lunch, light dinner & Chocolate from 8pm-10pm) plus unlimited alcohol drinks and cocktails.
Housekeeping and hotel staff services were impeccable, Our room was cleaned twice daily, the housekeeping maid will check with us every evening to make sure we have all the toiletries covered.
Beautiful white beach, crystal clear water at the back of the hotel. Two swimming pools – One large meandering pool and smaller adult pool. Taking bus was easy, 3 mins walking distance to bus stop, Two famous malls(Plaza Kukulcan and La Isla Plaza) are within 10mins bus ride.
We really had a very pleasant stay in Ritz and cannot say enough how satisfied we are on our stay at the Ritz Carlton Cancun. Highly recommend to all our friends and family if you are planning a trip to Cancun, Ritz is the place you want to stay!!!

Cindy was very happy as one of the evening dinner, the Club lounge are serving Asian food which include her favorite Japanese cuisine..

Do you know some hotels in Isla Mujeres ? Isla is a beautiful place that you have to know on your visit to the city of Canún, because it is surrounded by the most beautiful beaches in Mexico and the best thing is that it is only 30 minutes from Cancun, that means that the tour is beautiful Well, it's through a ferry or boat to the Caribbean Sea
